MARE MONTE BEACH

The Mare Monte Beach Hotel is situated directly on the broadest part of the fine sandy beach of the Almiros bay, just a 10 min walk from the village of Georgioupolis, on the north coast of the island of Crete, Greece.

The hotel was modernised in 2019. The hotel has 200 rooms, which are located on 3 stores and are reachable by lift. 

The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Valuables can be securely stored in the safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. 

Children can enjoy the playground. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car.

Guests can go for a swim or just relax in the pool complex, which includes an outdoor section and a children's area. 

Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, beach volleyball and crazy golf are available. 

Sports options available to guests include table tennis or, for a fee, billiards. Guests can relax and unwind in the wellness area (massage treatments). Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

The dining area includes 3 restaurants and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. 

Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

You can reach the Mare Monte Beach Hotel through the airports of Chania (approx. 35 km away) and Heraklio (approx. 100 km away) or by the ports of Souda (Chania), Rethymno or Heraklio.
