Please note that the resort is accessible only by boat. The resort pier is Nong Nuch pier. The resort operates join in speedboat transfers with fixed schedules. There is an additional charge for join-in speedboat tranafers at THB 900 net per person per way. Advance booking for join-in speedboat transfers is required due to the limitation of speedboat capacity. Please note that the hotel does not accept a third party credit card for any bookings. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Guests are required to inform the hotel of the exact number of accompanying people in their party prior to arrival. Please note that the beach at the property is a public beach. Guests should be informed that during public holidays and holiday seasons, the number of visitors can be increased noticeably. Please be informed that the hotel is not permitted to place sun lounger or umbrellas directly on the beach. However, guests can enjoy sun loungers at the pool next to Railay Beach and at The Umbrella Tree Court overlooking Phranang Beach. Rayavadee will change the resort pier from Nam Mao pier to Nong Nuch pier starting from February 7, 2022 onwards with fixed schedules for join-in speedboat transfers.
